Management L5 and Business Skills Trainer - East Midlands (Regional Role) - £26,000 plus 30p per mile mileage / Laptop and mobile phone.

The Role: Management L5 and Business Skills Trainer

• This is a great opportunity for someone from an Assessor /Training background to work with a high quality and customer focused training provider delivering Business Skills Apprenticeships, Customer Service, Business Administration, Team Leading in addition to and some Management at Level 5
• The Successful applicant will work with learners in their place of employment delivering a combination of Apprenticeship, Standards, NVQ’s, Numeracy and Literacy qualifications.
• Covering the East Midlands and surrounding areas you will be visiting learners in their workplace
• A DBS check prior to commencement of role is required.

Essential Requirements: Management L5 and Business Skills Trainer

• Experience in the delivery on Business Skills and Management L5 apprenticeships with the ability to motivate individuals through the achievement of their qualification
• A1 / TAQA Assessing Qualification
• Full driving license and access to their own car
• Demonstrably good levels of numeracy and literacy to support learners and communicate at all levels within a business.
• Strong background of working within a managerial role to be able to draw on your own experiences to support and guide learners
