WHAT SKILLS ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

They are really interested in finding Skills Coaches with experience in Leadership Management programmes that have proven expertise ideally in one or more of the following:

HR

Sales

Recruitment

Supply chain

Project Management

Retail

Legal

WHAT DOES THE ROLE LOOK LIKE?

Curating the programme of individual learners through an active programme of skills coaching

Coaching Learners on a 1-2-1 basis, in study groups, through webinars and digital classroom sessions.

Administrating individual learning plans including portfolio preparation, assessment, feedback and grading.

Preparing Learners for their End Point Assessment.
