In a nutshell

As a compliance officer your role will be responsible for ensuring that the compliance and team is supported in all areas of administration and funding governance.
The role covers two key areas; Compliance and Registration & Certification. Officers will ensure that learners are registered and certificated for qualifications in a timely manner, ensure all learner records are maintained with current and relevant information in line with funding regulations.

About the role

You will be:

* Learners certificates are distributed in a timely manner in line with awarding / EPA body / sector skills councils requirements
* Learner registrations completed timely and accurately
* Learner funding compliance audits completed in line with SLAs
* Maintaining learner records to verify achievements of assessments
* Ensuring learners personal records are maintained with current and relevant details across various MIS systems

About you

We are looking for:

* Experience in auditing (desirable)
* Experience in administration and data management
* GCSE Maths and English grade C or above (or equivalent)
* Attention to detail
* Good communication skills across a range of mediums
