We are currently recruiting for a Training Contracts Manager for the SSW provision to work for a leading training providing. The role is to work within the Senior Management Team to ensure delivery, quality and results across the SSW Contract. As the Contracts Manager you will be required to lead and manage the programme from start to finish.
The company are looking for a dynamic and reliable manager who can lead from the front and support staff to build on success. The company are a prime contract holder who have various provisions including; Apprenticeship, Adult Learning, Skills Support for the Workforce, Community Development and programmes focused on supporting local unemployed residents into work working throughout the East Midlands.
Package:

Duties:
• Proactively lead on performance against funding, outcome and quality targets.
• Build and maintain effective relationships with employers
• Ensure personal and team targets & KPIs are met month on month
• Conduct monthly performance review meetings with staff
• Develop and monitor performance improvement plans if and where required
• Manage and monitor monthly pipeline figures
• Analyse and report accurate and timely performance data to the Senior Performance Manager, including the current and forecasted performance for sub-contractor caseload, to feed in to monthly internal forecast reporting and quarterly ESFA performance reviews
• Identifying capability gaps and areas for improvement including planning
• Ensure full contract compliance

Key Skills:
• A proven track record in managing similar contracts

• Ability to manage and develop training provisions and staff member
