Role and Responsibilities:

* The Prison Development Manager Translate learning and development solutions in saleable propositions that encourage take up of the
* programmes and services by clients
* The Prison Development Manager will act as the first point of contact and representative of the company with selected clients
* You will promote the Innovative Alliance brand in line with the company's vision, mission and principles
* Prison Development Manager will work with internal and external colleagues to ensure programmes meet client expectations
* The Prison development Manager will support the business in utilising available funding contracts
* Identify current and future capability gaps and deliver initiatives to address these with clients
* As the Prison Development Manager you will promote a learning culture for the client through effective planning, talent management and succession
* planning
* Remain abreast with developments in the L&D funding arena to best advice clients and develop solutions
* The Prison Development Manager will use innovation as a tool to achieve growth and encourage its development in others
* Plan and prioritise personal sales activities towards achieving agreed business aims

Experience and Skills:

* The Prison Development Manager must have extensive knowledge of learning development in a business arena
* At least 3 years in a key client facing role
* Proven track record of L&D/Adult Education sales management and delivery
* Strong sales knowledge and experience
* Pitching/winning large new business opportunities
* Development of commercial learning solutions
* Enhanced interpersonal, influencing and communication skills
* The succesful candidate will be competent in Planning, Relationship building, Problem solving, Negotiating, Communication, Presenting, Selling
