My clients Employment team are looking to recruit a Service Performance Manager to lead a team of delivery staff and support staff to ensure successful delivery of a contract in order to maximise the achievement of outcomes and deliver the performance expectations of prime contractors and commissioners.
Due to the nature of the role, you will be required to complete an online application form a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check. Please note that the successful candidate will not be required to pay for this.

Key Responsibilities:

•Ensure the successful delivery of team targets for prime contractors and commissioners
•Maximise the placing and sustainment of customers into jobs or learning
•Meet the recruitment and training needs of employers
•Lead and support a team of delivery and support staff to drive high levels of contract performance
•Responsibility for P&L account results including achievement of income targets, managing staff productivity, client spend and office costs
•Development of local relationships to ensure a good range of provision to support customers
•Development of local relationships and effective marketing activities to ensure the service receives customer referrals to meet contractual requirements
•Delivery of high quality and compliant services to customers
•Continuous improvement of systems, quality of provision and product development
•Management of data integrity and data security, including maintenance of the required audit trail
•Management of petty cash and client spend
•Maintain current knowledge of relevant policy (local and national)
•Maintain current knowledge of appropriate market intelligence and business opportunities/threats
•Ensure services are delivered with probity and integrity

Dimensions

•Responsibility for up to 25 staff
•Responsibility for individual budgets (levels vary depending on the nature of the programme and financial model)
•Responsibility for an agreed geographic footprint including delivery site premises

Essential Skills:

· Ability to effectively lead and manage staff

· Fluent user of ICT
