OVERVIEW:

Working for a leading national training and development organisation, you will be a central point of contact for participants on a preventative health service.

YOU WILL:

- Answering inbound & outbound calls
- Register & arrange appointments
- Ensure accuracy of data & administration
- Work towards targets & KPIs

ABOUT YOU:

- Strong telephone & customer service skills
- Experience working in fast paced environment
- Experience inputting data accurately
- Level 3 qualification (any subject)
- Health / Welfare to Work experience (desirable)
- Call centre experience (desirable)
