Business Skills Assessor - North West of England (Regional Role) - £25,000 plus depending upon expertise / AA Breakdown Cover, Private Health Insurance, Laptop, phone, 31 days holiday / 40 paid hours of CPD per annum.


The Role: Business Skills Assessor

• You will be visiting learners in their place of work and conducting initial assessments, helping them to gather evidence for their portfolios.
• Learners will be working towards Business Administration, Customer Service and Team Leading Level 3.
• You will be ensuring off job training levels are maintained and supporting learners on a one to one basis to ensure standards are met.
• You will be giving constructive feedback to learners and also setting realistic but stretching goals to promote professional development.
• A DBS check prior to the commencement of role is required.


Essential Requirements: Business Skills Assessor

• You will be au fait with assessing the New Standards for Business Administration, Customer Service and Team Leading at Level 3.
• You will have a strong background as an Assessor or Skills coach and be competent and effective working with learners of all ages and abilities.
• You will possess a formal assessing qualification.
• You will possess GCSE Maths and English or equivalent and have recent, relevant experience delivering Functional Skills.
• With your own vehicle and driving license, you will be happy to travel mainly across the North West and occasionally to other locations.


Desirables: Business Skills Assessor

• A business or management qualification such as HNC, HND, Degree, ILM, CMI etc
