The Role: Quality Improvement Manager

• Working with the Operations Manager and the Development Coaches to ensure Recording of Progress and Achievement tracking of documents is consistent across all apprenticeship Standards and Frameworks.
• On both the Standards and the Framework, deliver IQA plans and activities for all apprenticeships.
• Implement a range of teaching and apprentice-focused learning strategies across the organisation to ensure the most effective learning, continuation, achievement and progression of apprentices, as well as the most effective use of teaching time and other resources.
• This role is based in central Birmingham with very occasional travel across the Midlands region.


Essential Requirements: Quality Improvement Manager

• You must have experience in Work-Based Learning
• At least two years of line management experience
• At least two years experience within Compliance or Quality Management


Desirables: Quality Improvement Manager

• Work-Based Learning accreditation
