Due to continued growth our client is looking to recruit a Business Development Manager primarily to be based in North Wales and Cheshire area to build on existing and new business.
Are you an experienced Business Development Manager who is passionate about helping businesses achieve their development goals?
As a Sales professional with experience of promoting work-based learning you will be rewarded with a basic salary of up to £25,000 OTE £35,000 per annum, Mileage, Company mobile phone and laptop, generous holiday entitlement and a great working environment.
The main purpose of the role will be to liaise with local businesses developing opportunities to sell our apprenticeship services and identifying relationships that support referrals onto our training programmes. This role will be promoting work-based learning qualifications across various sectors developing a strong pipeline of new and repeat business. You will be required to gain an in-depth understanding of the business and go to market propositions to enable you to deliver new business sales.
You will be responsible for regular forecasting of opportunities including revenue and pipeline, pitching for and winning new business. You will work closely with bid and operational teams to ensure all opportunities are effective scoped and researched.
Employer Engagement Officer Role requirements:
Previous business development experience
Excellent presentation skills
Background in training and understanding of apprenticeships would be an advantage but not essential
Flexible on travel across the UK as required
Driving license and car
