We are recruiting for a learner engagement officer for a prime contract holder who is looking to expand their existing traineeship delivery team by recruiting a Learner Engagement officer. In the role you will be rewarded with a basic salary of up to £22,000 pro rata, + 28 holidays + stats, contributory pension scheme + other excellent benefits.

The main duties of the role will be to engage learners onto various training provisions by building relationships with various stakeholders. Support individuals throughout their journey through effective learner engagement, IAG, placement and progression planning. To achieve start, placement and progression targets and ensure learners are safe. To administer the programmes, completing all necessary paperwork to a compliant and quality standard.

Responsibilities of the Learner Recruiter:
To engage with a local network of referral agencies to promote and advertise Programmes, ensuring sufficient referrals to provision are made to meet monthly, quarterly and annual start targets.
To maintain effective working relationships with internal teams to drive the integrated employability and Skills agenda for customer engagement and progression.
To provide thorough initial IAG to potential customers to ensure suitability and eligibility for programme.
To collate, present and share local labour market intelligence with the local delivery team to inform delivery plans.
To engage with local employers to provide placement and progression opportunities for customers.
To source, set up and manage work placements for customers.

To be successful in this role you will have previously worked as a learner engagement officer, work coach, learning advisor, learner recruitment officer within traineeships.
