We have an exciting opportunity for an individual to join our growing CT Skills family. We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Apprenticeship Recruitment Manager.

This is a full time role, and will include travel within the East Midlands, a driving licence and access to a car is therefore essential. Enhanced DBS clearance is also required.

The Role

You will manage and lead the Apprenticeship Recruitment Team in order to proactively promote CT Skills recruitment services and training programmes to employers. Working in partnership with employers to identify, engage and secure new business.

You will be required to be a team player and work closely with colleagues across the business to support the ongoing development of the CT Skills brand and reputation locally, regionally and nationally with emphasis on providing a high quality recruitment service to employers.

The Individual

The ideal candidate will have relevant experience of apprenticeships and funding to help support CT Skills to achieve its ambitions and create talent pipelines of the future.

You will need to be highly motivated with an ability to secure and promote apprenticeship vacancies to increase brand awareness both internally/externally and achieve overall revenue targets whilst ensuring quality.
