The Role: Business Development Executive

• You will be approaching both levy and non-levy payers in order to promote the extensive training opportunities which are offered by this company
• You will be undertaking a thorough Organisational Needs Analysis so that you can propose a very tailored training package for your potential client
• Participate in team meetings to ensure the whole marketing function is working cohesively
• You will be delivery managing your accounts to ensure total client satisfaction


Essential Requirements: Business Development Executive

• You will be a seasoned business to business sales professional who has the experience and gravitas to liaise at a senior level within a company. This means you will be totally comfortably presenting your proposals at senior level as well as adapting your approach for SMEs
• You will be driven to work consultatively so that the training your offer dovetails neatly into a company's development plans and helps them work towards their corporate objectives
• You will have a sound track record working within work-based learning and selling apprenticeship training programmes
• You will be experienced selling training to both levy and non-levy companies and be able to explain to prospects very clearly how the levy works and how they can maximise it
• You will always be driven to exceed your KPIs and targets
