The Role: Operations Director (WBL Training Provider)

• The full operational management and control of successful work-based learning training provider and the people and systems within
• Growth and development of the company in line with company's ambitious growth plans to become one of the largest independent training providers
• To drive growth through the effective management and development of an outstanding delivery team
• To identify funding opportunities and to proactively work towards securing them in order to create additional revenue streams


Essential Requirements: Operations Director (WBL Training Provider)

• Sound track record at director level of work-based learning training provider
• Proven ability to drive ambitious growth within a work-based learning environment
• Experience of successfully managing and driving change
• Demonstrable knowledge of managing internal systems and centralised functions thus ensuring growth doesn't reduce efficiency
• Sound financial accountability experience
