Quality & Compliance Co-ordinator - Warrington (Regional Role) - £32k PA (potentially negotiable for the right candidate) 28 holidays + bank / laptop, mobile, mileage paid at 45p per mile, pension scheme, healthcare, life insurance

The Role: Quality & Compliance Co-ordinator

• We are looking for a quality-driven training professional, to join this private training provider in supporting with driving quality throughout their apprenticeship and training provision.
• The successful candidate will have progressed through the ranks within Work-Based Learning, with a good understanding of apprenticeship standards, ESFA, common inspection framework and Ofsted criteria.
• Supporting the Head of Operations, you will be the right hand in ensuring a high quality of learning is being delivered at all times alongside looking after a small ILM caseload yourself too.
• There is also opportunity within the business to develop further into a Quality Manager role for the right candidate in the future.
• A DBS check prior to the commencement of role is required.

Essential Requirements: Quality & Compliance Co-ordinator

• Hold IQA Qualification
• Holds Assessor Qualification (A1, CAVA, TAQA..)
• Understanding of common inspection framework
• Knowledge of ESFA funding, Ofsted Criteria & Awarding Bodies
• Assessor experience with the ability to deliver on ILM programmes.

Desirables: Quality & Compliance Co-ordinator

• Experience in a similar role would be advantageous
