Job Title: Customer Service Trainer / Assessor


Location: London - Must be flexible with travel


Salary: £29,000 - £34,000 (Dependent upon Experience) - Including Location Allowance

Type: Full Time, Permanent


Duties:

  • Train, assess and deliver Apprenticeship Standards in Customer Service, Levels 2 and 3.
  • Delivering classroom / group based training to learners, along with one to one field based assessments, and online blended learning.
  • Deliver full training and support through their Functional Skills - Maths and English to level 2
  • Record professional discussions on specific units / topics based on knowledge, independent research and reflective accounts.
  • Managing your diary efficiently to ensure timely visits and reviews are conducted.
  • Organise and maintain documentation on learners' progress.
  • Overcome barriers to learning and adapt delivery to meet learner’s needs.
  • Work to learner review and completion timescales.

Essential Criteria:

  • Recognised Assessor award: D32/D33, A1, TAQA or CAVA.
  • Must have experience of delivering full apprenticeships in Customer Services, to level 3.
  • Must be comfortable with, and have experience of group based training and delivery.
  • Must hold solid occupational competency within Customer Service.
  • Experience in delivering online blended learning is desired, but not essential.
  • Ideally hold recognised level 3 Teaching qualification (PTLLS / AET or above/equivalent).
  • Full clean driving licence and own vehicle.
  • Must be flexible with travel.

  • Organisational skills are a must, as well as the ability to plan your time effectively.
  • Confident and professional with the ability to inspire and motivate people.
  • Quality driven and prepared to go the extra mile for your learners.
