Management Level 5 Trainer Assessor - Hampshire (Regional Role) - Up to £40,000 depending upon experience / AA Breakdown Cover, Private Health Insurance, Laptop, phone, 31 days holiday

The Role: Management Level 5 Trainer Assessor

• As a seasoned Management Trainer Assessor you will be connecting with your learners on a face to face basis but also using technology.
• Working autonomously from home you will be managing your own diary, covering the Hampshire region.
• Quality training provision will be at the very core of what you do.
• You will be working from a client's brief to ensure that the methodologies you use to embed your training are truly designed to support the client and their internal practices and company culture.
• A DBS check prior to the commencement of role is required.

Essential Requirements: Management Level 5 Trainer Assessor

• You will have a sound track record of delivering Management Level 5 Accredited training.
• You will be able to gain credibility with your learners and employers due to your strong track record at senior management level.
• You will possess formal training and assessing qualifications.
• You will be IT literate and comfortable connecting with your learners via WebEx or similar. If you've not used it before, you will be happy to learn.
• You will have a strong project management background. Project management may not have been your key responsibility but you will have a demonstrable track record in managing projects within the workplace.

Desirables: Management Level 5 Trainer Assessor

• Project management qualifications such as Prince2, APM etc. - not essential
• A management qualification - not essential
