Apprenticeship Compliance Co-ordinator - Bedfordshire - up to £20,000 depending on experience / Annual discretionary bonuses / 20 days a year holiday plus stats / 45p a mile if you are required to visit clients or learners

The Role: Apprenticeship Compliance Co-ordinator

• You will already be working for a training provider or a college where you will be ensuring all the apprenticeship onboarding/signup administration is absolutely spot on.
• You will be the right-hand person to the Quality & Compliance Manager and support them using your exceptional attention to detail to ensure all Apprenticeship administration is in line with OFSTED guidelines.
• You will be the first port of call for this training provider's portfolio of prestigious, corporate clients, so you will be chasing paperwork, answering queries and sorting issues.
• You will be giving Apprentices confidence in the company as a Training Provider of choice because you will deal with them professionally, yet with empathy.
• A DBS check prior to the commencement of role is required.

Essential Requirements: Apprenticeship Compliance Co-ordinator

• You will either be working for or have worked recently for a college or training provider.
• You will have first-hand knowledge of what the onboarding/sign up paperwork looks like and the process it needs to go through.
• Your administration skills will be superb and your attention to detail second to none. No errors or missing information escapes your eagle eye.
• On a personal level, you will be extremely confident in dealing with people in a friendly, yet highly professional manner.
• You will possess a minimum of GCSE English at C or above or Functional Skills level 2.

Desirables: Apprenticeship Compliance Co-ordinator

• Knowledge of OFSTED requirements or been involved in preparation for an OFSTED inspection
• Been involved in following through action points following an OFSTED inspection.
