The Role: Provider Account Manager

• We are looking for an experienced Account Manager within the work-based learning and training sector to provide an effective account management service to company supply chains (training providers and approved centres).
• You will be ensuring the providers deliver the licensed products, services and vocational qualifications, keeping to a high quality of delivery whilst adhering to the appropriate compliance criteria.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for the on-going provider monitoring services, implement continuous improvement and where needed help in implementing provider improvement plans.
• Within the role, you will also be promoting the services and products with new and existing clients in order to achieve further growth. and increase commercial income.
• The role is based from home working remotely, with minimal travel, and we are looking for someone based between Birmingham and the M4 ideally (i.e. Worcestershire, Warwickshire, Gloucestershire, Wiltshire, Berkshire, Oxfordshire)

Essential Requirements: Provider Account Manager

• Experience in a similar role within the training and education sector
• Commercially astute
• Strong working knowledge of carrying out audits
• Ability to work to deadlines, handle challenges and pressure with good time management
• Experience of being a Trainer/Assessor
• An Engineering or Construction background
• Experience of being an IQA would be a bonus
