Management Level 5 Assessor - Shropshire and Cheshire (Regional Role) - Up to £35,000 per annum (DOE) / 25 days holiday plus 8 statutory days / Business Mileage / Company Pension / Health Scheme


The Role: Management Level 5 Assessor

• You will be delivering the Management Level 5 programme in conjunction with a highly prestigious European Management and Leadership Training Provider.
• Building upon your existing Management Level 5 training expertise, your skills will be developed further through one to one coaching and workshops until your management and leadership training skills are the exceptionally high level sought by our client for their demanding employer.
• Once you have reached the incredibly high standards set by our client, you will begin training delivery which consists of three-day blocks of high impact, classroom-based training.
• You will be giving learners homework to complete and of course, you will be assessing their work which you will do remotely.
• A DBS check prior to the commencement of role is required.


Essential Requirements: Management Level 5 Assessor

• You will have recently completed Management Level 5 with several learners with whom you have taken through the qualification to completion.
• You will have a sound track record of being a manager of people and processes yourself, preferably for larger organisations. This background will give you credibility with your learners and enable you to draw upon your experience to give live examples to learners of how theory translates into practice.
• You will possess a minimum Level 4 Management qualification. You would be expected to work towards achieving Management Level 5.
• You will hold formal training and assessing qualifications.
• You will hold a full driving license, your own vehicle and be prepared to travel to clients' premises.


Desirables: Management Level 5 Assessor

• Management level 5 or above qualification would be desirable.
