Leadership & Management Programme Manager - South Yorkshire - £30,000 - £32,000 (Negotiable DOE) / 32 days holidays plus stats, healthcare, bonus structure, CPD / Travel expenses reimbursed at 45ppm

The Role: Leadership & Management Programme Manager

• We are seeking an experienced Programme / Curriculum Manager who can take over full responsibility for the Leadership & Management training division for this highly regarded group of Work Based Learning Training Providers.
• Responsible for all business management within the L&M training unit, duties will include: designing the curriculum, implementation of the program/s, project management, people management, quality management and securing profitability for the business unit.

Essential Requirements: Leadership & Management Programme Manager

• A strong track record of teaching, assessment and quality management, including experience of managing teams and designing training material in line with current Frameworks
• Demonstrable knowledge and understanding Leadership and Management qualifications and short courses including the use of e-portfolio
• Level 5 Management along with Teaching/Assessing qualifications
• Driving Licence, use of car an willingness to travel throughout the UK, as required

Desirables: Leadership & Management Programme Manager

• IQA Award or equivalent
• Experience of Ofsted Inspections and/or SFA and EFA funding contracts
