Sales Manager - Work Based Learning - UK - £40,000 - £45,000 depending on your ability to demonstrate a previously successful sales track record / Pension, laptop, phone, travel expenses.


The Role: Sales Manager - Work Based Learning

• Working from home you'll be an experienced, highly competent business developer who is looking for an opportunity to set up from scratch a sales department.
• You will be using your extensive contacts within the work-based learning and employability sector to secure contracts.
• After a qualifying period where you'll be demonstrating your skill at securing contracts with Job Centres and Employers, you will be growing your own team.
• When you've got your own team you'll be coaching and mentoring them to give them the skills they need to be just as good as you!


Essential Requirements: Sales Manager - Work Based Learning

• Proven track record in securing work-based learning and employability contracts with Job Centres and Employers.
• Ensuring a high level of delivery is achieved through effective and diligent contract management.
• You will be able to clearly demonstrate your ability to hit and exceed targets which has been fundamental to a company's success and boosted your earnings.
• As you will be out and about, you will have a full driving license and the use of your vehicle.
