National Work Based Learning Sales Manager - National / UK Wide (Regional Role) - Up to £45,000 depending on experience / Generous commission structure and profit-related pay.

The Role: National Work Based Learning Sales Manager

• Working from home you will use your expertise within employability and/or work-based learning to build relationships and secure profitable contracts with Prime Contractors, Colleges, Job Centres, etc.
• To ensure this company's reputation for excellence is achieved, you will put the infrastructure in place and then proactively manage the contracts you win.
• If you're a commercially focused opportunist, you will use this opportunity to build your own successful sales department, who you will select and train to be as successful as you are!
• You will be required to travel around your local region (which could be anywhere in the UK, dependent on where you are based).
• A DBS check prior to the commencement of role is required.

Essential Requirements: National Work Based Learning Sales Manager

• Exceptional track record securing work-based learning, employability and functional skills contracts
• Providing service excellence through careful management of the contracts you secure
• Used to achieving high retention and pass rates through ensuring your team's delivery and learner engagement is second to none
• You will have an enviable track record of building a sales department and achieving company growth
• A full UK driving license and have use of your own car
