Job Title: Programme Manager / Lead - Accountancy
Location: Home / Field Based – Candidates must be flexible with National travel, with regular travel to the Midlands.
Salary: £40,000 - £57,500 - including location allowance (dependent upon location and experience)

- Responsible for the design, development and delivery of  the Level 7 Accountancy qualification across the UK.
- Manage the delivery team to ensure effective delivery of Accountancy qualifications across the business.
- Coordinate the effective implementation and delivery of the Level 7 Accountancy qualification, ensuring that the roll-out meets our client's expectations in terms of timing, cost and quality standards.
- Act as the subject matter expert and key point of contact for Accountancy qualifications
- Maintaining control of the implementation, providing advice and assurances of any risks / issues that are raised, and resolving any issues in a timely manner.
- Build and maintain relationships with all members of the team (internal and external) to ensure effective delivery at all times.
- Actively involved with the delivery of Accountancy qualifications, through effective workshops and training sessions.
- Producing regular reports for the SMT on team KPI’s and highlighting any issues / improvements to be made.

Essential Criteria:

- Must hold a CIMA Diploma in Management Accountancy (CIMA DIP MA), as a minimum.
- Recognised Teaching Qualification (PTLLS / AET or above)
- Ideally hold a recognised Assessor Award (D32/33, A1, CAVA or TAQA), or willing to work towards.
- Experience of designing, developing and implementing effective Accountancy training courses.
- Experience of planning effectively to ensure delivery requirements and standards are met.
- Team management experience (internally and externally).
- Proven experience in a senior accounts / financial role.
- Full, clean driving licence and own vehicle / flexible with travel.
