MIS Manager

Salary: Likely to be in the range of £42,795 - £44,714. However, there may be flexibility for a higher salary for an exceptional candidate.

Barton Peveril is a highly successful sixth form College that is seeking to appoint an experienced MIS Manager.

You will be responsible for the operation and development of a high-quality management information system and student information and monitoring platform. Reporting to the Vice Principal (Finance and Resources), you will be responsible for the development of management reports and returns to funding bodies and you will oversee the management of information-based development projects and initiatives. The post of Exams Manager will report to you and you will have overall responsibility for the delivery of the exams service in the College.

You will have demonstrable experience in the development and delivery of database systems and a high level of IT skills. You will also be able to provide evidence of continuous professional development in the MIS field. Experience of managing a team would be beneficial as would an understanding of the funding body regulations for sixth form colleges.
