This is a Government funded Apprenticeship; the successful candidate will be working towards a Business Administration Level 2 or 3:

Bear Estate Agents are a local estate agent company in Southend who are a growing business. Their aim is to make their clients lives as easy as possible when it comes selling your home. From attending viewings, attending expert valuations and completing home sales, Bear will be with you every step of the way, keeping you up to date on the latest news of your home.
Bear Estate Agents are growing and getting busier, which means they are in need of a Business Administration Apprentice to help them keep on top of tasks throughout the company. The successful applicant will be acting as an office administrator, performing all general office tasks such as filing, canning and printing documents, along with answering the phone and emails.
Key Responsibilities:
• Sorting out mailouts and letters
• Replying and drafting professional emails to clients
• Working on the reports
• Keeping social media up-to-date
• Contacting venders and solicitors
• Completing data collection
Skills Required:
• Excellent telephone manner
• General IT skills and the ability to confidently use a computer
• Experience of using Microsoft programmes
• Knowledge of how to draft a professional email
Personal Qualities:
• Responsible and mature attitude
• Outgoing personality
• A people person
Working Week:
• 5 days a week Monday – Saturday (1 day off during the week), 9 - 6
• 30-minute lunch break
• £5.50 an hour

The APPRENTICESHIP programme will last for 12 months and you will achieve a Level 2 or 3 in Sales and Marketing QCF qualification, Functional Skills in Maths and English and ICT (if required) and Level 1 Employee Rights and Responsibilities. You will be based in the employer’s office so you gain 12 months’ work experience and you may be considered for a permanent position dependent on your performance after the APPRENTICESHIP has been completed.

This is an APPRENTICESHIP and Government Funding is only available for applicants 16-24 years old.
