Business Skills Trainer/ Coach

Summary of Role

An experienced Business Skills Trainer to deliver innovative Business programmes, incorporating the effective use of digital technology. Engaging and inspiring in their delivery style, demonstrating exceptional communication skills with both internal and external stakeholders. Share passion for delivering a high-quality training experience for all learners and support in maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction rate in the Educ8 Training.

- To deliver the Educ8 vision and to work in accordance with Educ8’s values and ethos. Visiting learners within their places of work, the companies’ centres and remote online delivery.
- Delivering full Apprenticeship Framework and Standards, including Functional Skills, Tech Certs, ERR & PTTLS if applicable.
- Maintaining documentation on learner's progression.
- Planning and implementing initial assessments and course reviews with learners.
To ensure all learners receive robust quality assurance feedback in a timely manner
- To adapt delivery style to suit the needs of the individual learner.
- To effectively manage cohorts of learners towards business frameworks and standards ensuring outcomes are consistent with timescales
- To take part in training and team meetings.
- To follow the Educ8 Training quality cycle; attending standardisation meetings, submitting assignments for Internal Verification.
- To ensure that all reporting and recording relating to learner administration and assessment is organised and conducted as agreed.
- Delivering learner portfolios to agreed standards.
- To report all learner safeguarding issues to the authorised Safeguarding Officer
- Building and developing relationships with Employers
- To contribute to the Educ8 Training self-assessment process
- To attend team meetings, monthly 1:1’s and annual appraisals
- To actively engage in Continuous Professional Development which will begin immediately.
- Communicate effectively across the organisation at all levels
- To attend customer meetings and promotional events as and when required
- It is the duty of each employee to take reasonable care of their own and other people’s health, safety and welfare, to familiarise themselves with and implement company procedures and to report any shortcomings in the arrangement
- To carry out any additional duties as and when required.

Essential Skills and Experience
- Assessor/Teacher qualified - will have either D32/D33/A1 or TAQA and have experience delivering full Apprenticeship frameworks
- Relevant qualifications gained level 3 minimum
- Impressive, demonstrable track record and skills/experience gained within a similar position(s), at a similar level
- Strong administration ability with a keen eye for detail
- Highly organised and punctual
- Experience in developing effective departmental policies and procedures
- Digitally competent and confident in using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Full driving licence, willing to travel.
- Commercially astute and experienced in offering a premium service
