We are seeking to recruit an inspirational Lecturer to join the Electrical Installation team to teach and motivate our learners. The successful candidate will have excellent up-to-date Electrical Installation knowledge and experience and the personality and desire to share their Industry skills.

We are not necessarily looking for a qualified teacher but feel it is more important that you have a passion for your Industry.

Key roles include:

* Delivering high quality teaching and learning
* Guiding and supporting learners in FE
* Providing appropriate material and activities for learners
* Plan, develop and evaluate lessons delivered

Using your understanding of the Electrical Installation Industry you will ensure the achievement and success of your learners. You will be involved in workshop teaching, class room teaching, tutorial work and associated organisational/administrative work in preparation and marking. As well as producing schemes of work and lesson plans you will be involved in moderation and student interviews.

In this role you will be developed to demonstrate innovative teaching methods with your excellent communication skills. Your ability to motivate learners of all ages will be essential.

You will hold a Level 3 qualification (or equivalent) in Electrical Installation. We will support you to gain a teaching qualification if you do not currently hold one. Level 2 English and Maths is also an essential requirement or the commitment to gain within 24 months if you do not hold these.
