Behaviour Specialist

PK Education is seeking experienced Behaviour Specialists to work in SEN schools and behaviour centres based in Birmingham. This position is to provide support alongside the class teacher to students who have challenging behaviour or multiple complex needs.

The schools are looking for somebody who is passionate and experienced in working with students who have challenging behaviour and multiple complex needs. The main priority is to engage students and to keep them active in order make their education an exciting and positive experience.

This is a full-time role with the schools looking to take on the right individual as quickly as possible. This position has high potential to be made permanent for the right candidate. You must have a proven track record of working in a similar setting in order to apply for this role.

Key skills:

* To be passionate, adaptable and understanding

* Must have excellent communication skills and a strong presence

* To be willing to be active and involved in extra-curricular activities whilst building strong Professional relationships with students

* To be able to nurture and provide a supportive network for students

* To apply for this position is it vital that you have similar experience in a previous role/setting as well as an Enhanced DBS registered with the update service.
