•Job Title: Coach - Accountancy (Apprenticeships)
•Salary: £28k - £31k + excellent benefits
•Contract: 12 month FTC

The Vocational training sector is rapidly expanding with the introduction of the Apprenticeship Levy. As a result, our award winning client actively seeks accountancy professionals excited by a new challenge.

OVERVIEW:

Provide quality remote coaching & support to apprentices via a range of contact methods whilst liaising with host employers to ensure success.

DUTIES:

•Providing proactive & reactive support to students (majority via telephone & email)
•Provide 1-1 tailored coaching to students
•Undertake progress review meetings with learners & employers
•Support & advise students on all educational matters

ABOUT YOU:

•Background in Accountancy & / or Tax
•Hold L3 or 4 Accountancy qualification (Degree, AAT, ATT, CFAB, CIMA & FIA)
•Excellent communication skills & ability to build rapport with stakeholders
•Excellent organisation & time management skills
