An opportunity has arisen to really make a difference in the world of apprenticeships within the Lifetime Training Group in partnership with Hilton. This newly created role will report to the Hospitality Accounts Director for Lifetime Training and support the senior Apprenticeship Programme Management Team within Hilton to manage and develop their apprenticeship program.

The Hilton leadership team is increasing its focus and investment in its apprenticeship programme and we are therefore looking for someone with passion and enthusiasm, who understands the difference apprenticeships make to a business. This role will drive and manage the transition of our partnership to ensure we work collaboratively to deliver the new government standards.

This strategically important role is critical to our partnership and we are looking for someone to be part of this transformational journey. The ideal candidate will be commercially astute, self-motivated and have a natural ability to effectively engage with a wide range of stakeholders and employee groups throughout the business.

Job Role

* To lead and drive forward the Hilton Apprenticeship Programme, ensuring that support and engagement is maximised throughout the business to achieve return on our investment.
* To manage the transition of Hilton’s apprenticeship programme and processes to meet the new Hospitality standards and DAS requirements
* Working closely with Hilton HR, head office and operations teams, as well as other potential third party providers to engage, attract and develop talent through the Hilton’s apprenticeship programme.
* To drive engagement with our apprenticeship programmes through compelling promotion and communication
* To build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to maximize engagement and the associated benefits of apprenticeships
* To manage suppliers, key stakeholders and partners, and ensure that profile targets are achieved, and success rates and programme quality are maximised.
