Qualified and experienced Apprenticeship Recruitment Advisor required in Ipswich

If you’re an experienced Apprenticeship Recruitment Advisor and looking for an exciting new role, we need to speak to you!

New Way Recruitment Services are currently looking to recruit an experienced Apprenticeship Recruitment Advisor to work for a well- established Training Provider in Ipswich.

You will ensure the efficient day-to-day operation of the recruitment office, and support the work of recruitment management and recruitment team requirements.

Recruitment

  • ·         Liaise with National Apprenticeship Service (NAS) to promote Apprenticeship programmes
  • ·         Obtain vacancies from employers
  • ·         Maintain recruitment records
  • ·         Attend monthly marketing meetings

Sales

  •          Cold calling, selling Government Funded Training Programmes
  • ·         Identify, follow up and validate leads with prospective clients
  • ·         Meeting Sales and contract Targets – main focus area to be advised
  • ·         Build & maintain regular contact with new & existing clients
  • ·         Maintaining sales records (Sales Logics)
  • ·         Attend relevant networking events and Schools careers events
  • ·         Market apprenticeships/funded training to potential learners and employers in your target area
  • ·         Communicate with the recruitment manager every week of potential leads and incoming business.
  • ·         Liaise with other team members to support recruitment and other programmes

  • Requirements:
  • ·         Experience within recruitment/sale driven role
  • ·         Effective time management and organisational skills are required
  • ·         Possess well-developed interpersonal skills and strong commitment to the job role
  • ·         An in-depth knowledge of Microsoft applications
  • ·         Excellent customer service skills
  • ·         A thorough understanding of working within a Training Centre delivering
  • ·         Sales and Target driven
  • ·         Effective time management and organisational skills
  • ·         Possess well-developed interpersonal skills and strong commitment to the job role
