Trainer Software Developing/Network Engineering L4: The essentials.

• Teaching Qualification (PTLLS, CTLLS, DTLLS, PGCE, CertEd, 7407)
• Must have strong occupational background in Programming and Web software including languages such as HTML & C Sharp
• The ability to design programmes to NVQ Level 4
• Passionate about learning and passing your knowledge onto others
• Sound understanding of E-Portfolio assessment systems
• Knowledge of government funded employment and training programmes
• Full UK driving licence and use of own car

Trainer Software Developing/Network Engineering L4: Your experience.

• Occupational history and competence within the IT industry in particular Programming
• The ability to motivate and encourage people
• Planning and delivering vocational training programmes and workshops
• Excellent communication skills
• Observing and assessing learners in their workplace
• Maintaining records of learners progress

• Assessor Qualification - A1, TAQA, CAVA
• Flexible with regards to travelling as the role develops

Trainer Software Developing/Network Engineering L4: The role.

• Reporting to the Academy Coordinator on a daily basis your role will include training & coaching students up to level 4 in Software Developing & Network Engineering.
• Working with small groups at the Academy & within the Workplace
• Managing, designing and delivery of Programmes
• Planning Scheme of works, and writing lesson plans
• Seek new opportunities in relation to Business Development
• You will be required to travel in and around the North West and occasional travel to London
• An attractive salary of between £30-£32k is on offer dependant upon experience and qualifications
• Holidays offered are 22 days of choice plus Bank holidays, this is increased on yearly service to a total of 36 days
• Mileage will be paid at 35p a mile
• Laptop and Mobile supplied or you can choose to you your own with a value of £20.00 towards mobile costs & a contribution of £200.00 will be paid towards a laptop of your choice
• Pension contribution by the Employer
