Software Development Tutor: The essentials.

• Relevant Software development qualification at least at level 3
• Maths and English GCSE at C or above (or equivalent)
• Sales force Adm201 and App Builder certificate

Software Development Tutor: Your experience.

• Occupational history and competence within the industry
• Experience in a similar role
• Excellent communication skills
• A proven track record of meeting/exceeding targets
• The ability to motivate and encourage people

Software Development Tutor: The desirables.

• Assessment/Assessing/Assessor Qualifications (A1,TAQA, CAVA, ACWE, AVRA, IQAA, A2)
• Teaching Qualification (PTLLS, CTLLS, DTLLS, PGCE, CertEd, 7407)

Software Development Tutor: The role.

• You will be responsible for coaching, mentoring and assessing groups of learners towards the achievement of a software and development apprenticeship qualification.
• This role would involve 1-2 days classroom delivery at this organisations head office and then going around and delivering this qualification to learners across the city.
• To plan and deliver high quality and inspiring lessons that meet the needs of individual apprentices and employers and prepares apprentices effectively for End Point Assessment.
• To work in partnership with Professional Development Mentors to ensure they are effectively used to support learning and the professional development of apprentices in and out of the classroom environment.
