Seeking a qualified and experienced Trainer Assessor to deliver and assess a variety of apprenticeships within the Recruitment sector. You will be visiting apprentices at their place of work in Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire and Buckinghamshire. A salary of £27K is on offer plus £3k car allowance, in addition a performance related bonus of £2k. Please register your interest without delay.

Recruitment Apprenticeship Trainer / Assessor: The essentials.

• Assessing qualifications
• Excellent communication skills – the ability to liaise with directors of recruitment agencies and explain things clearly and concisely to learners.
• Good time management abilities as you will be managing your own diary and booking your own appointments.
• Attention to detail and the ability to follow process and ensure each module is completed properly and to level required.
• Full, clean driving license and own vehicle.

Recruitment Apprenticeship Trainer / Assessor: Your experience.

• Experience of Assessing / Training
• 12 months plus experience working within permanent, temporary or contract recruitment regardless of sector.
• Good administrative skills – completing relevant paperwork.

Recruitment Apprenticeship Trainer / Assessor: The desirables.

• Formal recruitment qualifications.
• Functional skills qualification or GCSE English and Maths.

Recruitment Apprenticeship Trainer / Assessor (Trainee): The role.

• Supporting learners to help them work towards achieving their Recruitment Apprenticeship.
• Assessing examples of learners’ work to establish whether they have understand the principles of good recruitment practice.
• Average number of learners is 40 – 45 at various locations, so you would be traveling throughout the regions of Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire and Buckinghamshire.
• Focused upon delivering a high quality service to learners and their employers and working towards timely completions.
• Basic salary of £27,00
• Car allowance of £3,000 and fuel card
