This established, Surrey based training provider is on the hunt for an experienced Business Development professional, who ideally has experience within Work-based Learning and Training. Naturally to be successful in this role you'll demonstrate strong commercial and business acumen, with experience of identifying and winning new business, alongside a proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets. Business Development Executive: The essentials.

• Knowledge of SFA funding
• Knowledge of Levy and Non Levy
• The ability to work well under pressure and deliver to deadlines
• Full UK driving licence and use of own car
• Excellent networking skills

• Occupational history and competence within the industry
• Experience in a similar role
• A proven track record of meeting/exceeding targets
• Excellent communication skills
• Generate apprenticeship vacancies via exhibitions, events and assessment days
• Extensive experience developing relationships with new/existing clients, winning new business to support business growth

• I'm recruiting for an experienced Business Development Manager, with experience within Work-based learning & training, to work for an established training provider.
• You will be a Business Development professional with account management experience and a proven track record in meeting and exceeding targets within the WBL & Training sector.
• Passionate and target driven, you will be experienced in bringing on board new business and growing existing relationships.
• This is an integral role and an opportunity to bring your ideas and enthusiasm to an organisation that is driving forward within the Learning & Training world.
• 360 role of developing client base and recruiting suitable apprentices via a variety of methods
• Up to £25,000
• Uncapped Commission
