Summary of main responsibilities

As Head of Marketing you will play a key role in the identification of customer touch points ensuring that branding and marketing activity is aligned to the organisations vision whilst developing a customer centric experience that is consistent with brand requirements.

You will be responsible for developing the strategy around the messaging and marketing of customer plans whilst acting as an interface between various departments to add value and ensure ROI.

Principle accountabilities:

•Develop and implement strategies and tactics to raise the profile of Babington Group, engaging via a variety of traditional and digital channels
•Develop and maintain the volume and quality of qualified leads generated through all channels

•Drive successful campaigns and own their implementation from inception to execution to measuring performance/Return on Investment of campaign activity

•Create content (e.g. sales enablement documentation, case studies, copy, blog posts) to articulate the benefits of our offer and converts the target groups

•Continuously review and improve the buyer journey to improve service levels and cost and value of sale

•Provide evaluation of marketing activities based on sales uplift, ROI and brand objectives

•Oversee the development of sales tools and resources (e.g. fact sheets, price tracking)

•Develop and maintain insight into all targets markets and segments, in order to inform the development of high value propositions, the development of new/improved products and services and sales targeting

•Manage marketing resources and budgets, including external support, as required

•Ensure that all marketing collateral (physical and digital) is regularly refreshed and in line with brand objectives

•Support the development of co-branded materials, resources and campaigns, in collaboration with key clients

•Speak and present internally to promote the story of our brand, the customer journey and our offer

•Demonstrate experience in marketing together with the potential and attitude required to learn

•Proven experience in identifying target audience s and in creatively devising and leading across channels marketing campaigns that engage, educate and motivate

•Solid knowledge of wesite analytic tools

•Experience of Google Adword campaigns

•Proven management ability
