Qualified and experienced QCF HR CIPD Assessor required in London

If you’re experienced Assessor within the HR industry and have a solid 5 years occupational background within HR Management and looking for a new position, we need to speak to you!

New Way Recruitment Services are currently looking to recruit a QCF HR CIPD level 5 Assessor to work for a National Training Provider across London. This is a home based position.

Candidates must have Apprenticeship and Functional Skills delivery experience, you will be delivering the new Apprenticeship Level 5 Standard which includes the CIPD Level 5 Certificate in HR Management.

Candidates must have excellent communication skills and be highly professional and it would be ideal if you are able to deliver up to Level 5 in Management, Operations and Administration up to Level 4 but this is not essential.


CAVA / A1 Qualification, CIPD level 4 minimum, Minimum 5 years’ experience working in HR plus familiarity with the role covered by the apprenticeshipCurrent CPD activity that shows you are up to date with current developments in the sectorTechnical and management expertise to ensure you can assess all areas of the Standard. Understanding of any qualification used within the apprenticeship


Reimbursement of all business travel (mileage) or Oyster Card, Printer and cartridges, laptop and company phone (for business calls)

4 times death in service, Life insurance, BUPA Dental, BUPA Medical, Pension with employer contributions of 1% of salary,  Holidays 25 days plus bank holidays, Salary £38,000 rising to £40,000 after 6 month probationary period
