Due to growth, we have an exciting opportunity for a Trainer Assessor specialising in Health and Social Care to deliver the full apprenticeship framework, ideally up to Level 5.

This is a full time role, and will include travel within the East Midlands, a driving licence and access to a car is therefore essential. Enhanced DBS clearance is also required.

The Role

You will be working with local employers to guide and support learners’ performance and knowledge throughout their training in Health and Social Care. You will be responsible for delivering training and undertaking assessments, whilst continuously striving to build, maintain and improve relationships with both learners and employers.

The Individual

We really value your industry knowledge and experience, so although holding a relevant assessor or verifier qualification would be great, full training and support will be provided if you have a real passion for sharing your knowledge and developing others. The ability to deliver the full apprenticeship at Level 5 would be a distinct advantage.

You will be an effective communicator, able to successfully engage both employers and learners alike. An excellent planner, you will be able to manage your time effectively as well as conflicting priorities. You will have the ability to coach, develop and mentor people, proven experience of delivering training and assessing learners would be an advantage.
