Compliance Co-ordinator (ESFA funding): The essentials.

• Strong and comprehensive knowledge of Education and Skills Funding Agency (ESFA) funding
• Strong knowledge of funding body requirements
• Good understanding of audit process and procedures
• Full UK driving licence and use of own car


Compliance Co-ordinator (ESFA funding): Your experience.

• Experience within a similar position
• Strong occupational competence within auditing and compliance
• Have experience of planning and implementing audit processes within Work Based Learning
• Supervisory experience
• Strong organisational and accurate record keeping skills

• Hold an ISO9001 Qualification
• Hold an IV Qualification (V1, IQA, D34)
• Hold an Assessor Qualification (A1, TAQA, D32/D33)

Compliance Co-ordinator (ESFA funding): The role.

• We are looking for a thorough Compliance Officer to take on a new challenge within the Work Based Learning sector.
• The successful candidate with have a strong background and knowledge within ESFA funding and be able to lead the delivery of compliance activity, including the review and audit of contractual documentation, systems and processes.
• You will have the experience and ability to plan, prepare and implement auditing programmes, analyse data quality reports and systems and have the capability to identify high risk areas to prevent error escalation.
• We are looking for someone with strong leadership skills and experience to guide a small team of auditors on site, the role however will require you to travel from time to time across the Lancashire area to other sites so flexibility is essential.
• £24k (Salary may be negotiable depending on experience)
• 27 days holiday + bank
