A provision in Tyne and Wear wish to appoint a Communication Support Worker to support children who have a Hearing Impairment (HI).

This role will be based in a school in Sunderland where you will support a pupil in a secondary school.

There is a permanent vacancy within the school due to an increase in pupil numbers, therefore, this position could lead to a permanent appointment.

It is essential that you are BSL Level 3 qualified for this role as well as possessing experience of working with and supporting those who have a Hearing Impairment.

You will develop and foster positive working relationships with parents, school staff and other professionals on a regular basis.
