What we need: either an experienced Assessor, or an individual with extensive Management experience to help in the delivery of Higher Level Management qualifications to Level 5, to a caseload of learners around the North West and Yorkshire areas. What we'd love: a qualified Assessor/Tutor or someone keen to move into the training industry who is willing to gain their teaching and assessing awards. Management Level 5 Assessor: The essentials.

• Extensive Management experience
• A willingness to gain teaching and assessing awards
• Full UK driving licence and use of own car
• Literacy and Numeracy Qualifications (at Level 2 or Above)

Management Level 5 Assessor: Your experience.

• Occupational history and competence within the industry
• Experience in a similar role
• A proven track record of meeting/exceeding targets
• Excellent communication skills
• The ability to motivate and encourage people
• An interest in helping people develop
• Accurate report writing and record keeping skills

Management Level 5 Assessor: The desirables.

• Assessment/Assessing/Assessor Qualifications (A1,TAQA, CAVA, ACWE, AVRA, IQAA, A2)
• Teaching Qualification (PTLLS, CTLLS, DTLLS, PGCE, CertEd, 7407)
• Minimum 12 months assessing experience

Management Level 5 Assessor: The role.

• We are looking for either an experienced Assessor to join one of the UK's biggest training providers to help in the delivery of Higher Level Management qualifications to Level 5 or an individual with extensive management experience looking to move into the training industry.
• This will be an office based role with the flexibility to work at home, you will be managing a caseload around the North West and Yorkshire area.
• You will provide support and mentor learners to ensure they achieve completion in a timely manner and adhere to company targets set.
• There may also be a requirement to deliver Functional skills should a learner require further support.
• Up to £25,000 per annum
