Our Client specialises in talking therapy, it is proven to help many people deal with problems they find difficult or painful so that they can live their lives more fully. The successful candidate will be an integral part of the administration set up. Dealing with queries on a daily basis, answering phones and being supportive to the Corporate Services Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment and Selection administration
- Assist in drafting Job adverts
- Amending Job descriptions as required
- Advertising through E-mails.
- Organising Interviews (including notifying the relevant interview panel and reception)
- Assisting in preparing and sending offer letters, contracts, starter packs and security passes.
- Referencing
- Maintaining the excel recruitment tracker
- Ensuring receipt of all personnel documents
- Archiving and maintaining personnel folders
- Other ad-hoc tasks
DBS administration
- Checking completed DBS forms alongside valid identity documents
- Processing forms for Staff and Volunteers
- Ensuring items are in date
Facilities administration
- Assisting Corporate services manager to ensure that the building is presentable at all times
- Placing orders as and when required
- Maintaining facilities stock
Health & Safety
- Keeping track of incidents recorded in the Incident book
- Assisting corporate services manager to maintain all health and safety records and checks
- Conducting regular walk arounds to ensure that there are no hazards in the building and the fire exits are clear.

Assisting in communications with all staff and volunteers (including preparing notices as and when required)
General Administration (other ad-hoc duties)

Qualities Required
Excellent office administration skills, including maintaining accurate information on manual and electronic databases
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent inter-personal skills
Ability to work pro-actively and under own initiative with minimal supervision
Ability and willingness to work in a team
