The Job:
You will work alongside some of the FE sectors most talented recruiters, working within a proactive and fun environment.

Responsibilities:

•Develop expert knowledge of the FE sector and Finance sectors talent.
•Proactively develop a professional talent pool through headhunting and networking.
•Identify and sell new business opportunities for our senior executive recruitment proposition and develop client relationships.
•Write proposals in response to tender requests.
•Write and place attractive recruitment adverts for vacancies.
•Manage your clients and candidates through the recruitment process from search and select to successful mobilisation.
•Organise and arrange recruitment assessment centres.
•Facilitate assessment centres where applicable.
•Conduct OPQ profiles.
•Interview market leading professionals.
•Manage rejections and ‘keep warm’ candidates.

The successful applicant must be able to demonstrate:

•Experienced 360 recruiter working in the senior executive markets
•Sound commercial business acumen, preferably with a background in either senior education or financial services recruitment.
•Strong sales, networking and client development abilities.
•Excellent time management and organisational skills.
•A passionate desire to succeed and build a successful career.
