This is a fantastic opportunity for an exceptional Management Assessor to join an established training organisation covering the West Midlands. This exciting, home based role, involves training and assessing learners across frameworks including Customer Service, Team Leading and Business Administration up to Level 3 along with Management at a Level 5 standard. With a passion for teaching and learning and relevant assessing/training qualifications, you'll be ready to hit the ground running, supporting and motivating learners to achieve their full potential! Management Assessor Level 5 : The essentials.

• Assessment/Assessing/Assessor Qualifications (A1,TAQA, CAVA, ACWE, AVRA, IQAA, A2)
• Vocational qualification at Level 3 or above
• Literacy, Numeracy and ICT Qualifications (at Level 2 or Above)
• Full UK driving licence and use of own car
• Knowledge of government funded employment and training programmes

Management Assessor Level 5 : Your experience.

• Minimum 12 months assessing experience
• Delivered Management to Level 5, Business Administration Level 4, Customer Service Level 3 & Team Leading Level 2
• Occupational history and competence within the industry

Management Assessor Level 5 : The desirables.

• Teaching Qualification (PTLLS, CTLLS, DTLLS, PGCE, CertEd, 7407)

Management Assessor Level 5 : The organisation.

• Established for 5 years, this steadily growing national training provider invests heavily in its staff and focuses on quality and the learner journey

Management Assessor Level 5 : The role.

• A home-based role delivering Management Level 5, Business Administration Levels 2&3, Customer Service Level 3 and Team Leading Level 3 to caseload of between 35-40 learners
• Delivering Functional Skills - Maths, English and ICT Level 2
• Carrying out regular progress reviews with employer/learner
• To deliver both one on one and group sessions
• Use the e-portfolio system to drive learner performance
• To complete and maintain all required administration weekly/monthly and submit to appropriate person by agreed timescales.
• £22,000 per annum
• Company Car - Smart 44 (10p millage)
• 40p millage with your own car
• 20 days holiday plus Bank holidays
