We are looking for an experienced Quality Manager, to join an extremely unique Training Provider in the North West. We need someone who is able to demonstrate a strong background in managing quality improvement and assurance programmes within Apprenticeship frameworks, standards, programmes and delivery. The successful candidate will also have experience of embedding teaching and learning observation practices as you will ensure standards are being kept to the highest quality, and be able to identify areas which may be underperforming and take action appropriately. The ideal candidate will be based in the North West to ensure easy travel to office when needed, however national travel may be required. Quality Manager: The essentials.

• Hold an Assessor Qualification (A1, TAQA, CAVA, D32/D33).
• Hold an Internal Verification/Internal Quality Assurance Qualification (V1, D34, IQA).
• Hold recognised Level 5 Teaching Qualification.
• Knowledge of Quality Assurance Systems and external organisation requirements.
• Understanding of issues affecting the Work Based Learning Sector with knowledge of apprenticeship frameworks and trailblazing standards/developments.
• Full UK driving licence and use of own car.


Quality Manager: Your experience.

• Experience within a similar position with Quality Procedures.
• Experience of delivering work based learning and training qualifications.
• Accurate report writing and record keeping skills
• Experience of working with STEM qualifications.


Quality Manager: The desirables.

• Experience of apprenticeship delivery in the following subjects would be beneficial; BIT, Operational Management, Engineering Maintenance, Pharmaceuticals, Science Manufacturing and Industry Maintenance
• Relevant Industry Qualification within STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics)

Quality Manager: The role.

• We are on the lookout for an experienced Quality Manager with a proven track record of managing the quality improvement process and quality assurance procedures within Apprenticeship frameworks, standards, programmes and delivery.
• The successful candidate will implement and provide high quality support, training and development to staff to ensure standards are being kept to the highest quality, and be able to identify areas which may be underperforming and take action appropriately.
• You will be co-ordinating and overseeing the whole of the quality improvement process so a good understanding of Awarding Body Guidelines, Funding Body Requirements, Ofsted Inspection Framework and Matrix Standards is a must.
• Enable thorough tracking systems, in order to monitor the quality performance within the company, ensure that records are kept accurate with targets being met and the department is 'inspection ready' at all times.
• The ideal candidate will be based in the North West to ensure easy travel to office when needed, however national travel may be required.
