KM Education Recruitment is pleased to be recruiting on behalf of a leading Training Provider, who is looking to appoint an experienced Centre / Business Manager to achieve successful contract delivery and effectively manage the day to day running of Training Centre specialising in Vocational and W2W programmes.
 
The Role:

  • Responsible for contract compliance, quality, performance and the successful delivery of Vocational and W2W contracts to achieve contract targets
  • Set up, establish and manage new Vocational contracts and support growth with business development activities.
  • Plan and achieve financial budgets in-line with contract and delivery expectations
  • Lead, develop and performance manage teams of Tutors, Assessors and Admin staff
  • Carry out one to one’s, staff recruitment, regular appraisals and performance reviews.
  • Act as the main point of contact for programme / training information
  • Identify, implement and maximise opportunities for business/BID/contract growth in your region.
  • Ensure quality and compliance is maintained at all times.
  • Responsible for providing MI for programmes operating in the centre.
  • Ensure that customers receive a good quality service throughout their journey.
  • Identify and review areas for improvement and implement necessary improvement measures.

Essential criteria:

  • It is essential that applicants hold proven experience of successfully managing compliance and overall performance targets for Welfare to Work/Work Based Learning contracts.
  • Experience of implementing new contracts and supporting with business growth / new opportunities to increase and maximise delivery.
  • Applicants must hold experience of performance managing and motivating a team within the Welfare to Work/Work Based Learning learning sector.
  • We are also able to consider applications from candidates who hold strong Centre Team Leader/Deputy experience.
  • It is essential to have excellent knowledge of the Welfare to Work/Work Based Learning sector and contracts.
  • Full, clean driving licence and own vehicle. 
  • Must be flexible with travel.
