Trainer / Tutor – Management

Salary £25.00- £30.00 per hour, negotiable DOE

The Apprentice and Training Partnership is a North West based RoATP Main Route approved training provider. Our parent company was established in 2009 and our group comprises of two successful recruitment businesses and our Apprentice and Training business.

We are seeking Management Assessors and Trainers to deliver a blend of classroom based training, workshop and stand-up delivery, one to one coaching and assessment for Apprenticeship Standards and Leadership and Management qualifications from Level 3 to Level 7.
We are interested in engaging with Trainers who are seeking permanent employment or those who are looking to operate on an Associate model.

Key Skills & Experience
• Degree level/ Level 5 or equivalent Management qualification or above highly

desirable
• Assessment/Assessing/Assessor Qualifications (A1, TAQA, CAVA etc.)
• Literacy and Numeracy Qualifications (at Level 2 or Above)
• Teaching Qualification (PTLLS/ L3 EAT min)
• Internal Verifier Qualification (V1, IQA, D34) (desirable but not essential)
• Delivered Management Qualification from Level 3 upwards
• Knowledge of government funded employment and training programmes
• Strong occupational background in Management or Senior Management positions
• Experience of working in public sector or professional services is highly desirable
• Knowledge of e-portfolio systems desirable


The Role:

This is a rewarding role delivering Leadership and Management programmes to middle and senior managers from a variety of backgrounds including public sector and professional services. You will be responsible for delivering professional, high quality management programmes and working with the Head of Operations to develop curriculum.
