Admin/Compliance Apprenticeship - WIN

This is a Government funded Apprenticeship; the successful candidate will be working towards a Business Administration Level 2 Qualification:

Our client is a specialist recruitment company that was established 10 years ago and gone from strength to strength. They provide a unique range of permanent, temporary and contract recruitment solutions to their client base, from multi-national care providers to one-off requirements for independent care. The successful candidate will need to have a driven personality and be motivated, ambitious and determined. You will be required to assist the recruitment consultants with the day to day administration. You will also be responsible for candidate compliance through start to finish of the recruitment process of temporary workers. You will be working closely with the Compliance Manager so attention to detail will be key.

Key Responsibilities:
• Compliance for candidates
• Obtaining candidate References
• Sending out incoming vacancies to the team
• Answering incoming calls with a polite and professional manner
• General administration duties
• Submitting Audits on time
• Organising annual events
• Producing contracts and other marketing materials
• Upkeep of websites and social media
• Assisting Directors with office Ad Hoc duties

Working Week:
• £10,000 per annum.
• Based in the Liverpool Street area our working hours are 9 - 6 Monday to Thursday, Friday 9-5.30pm. (Casual Fridays)

The APPRENTICESHIP programme will last for 12 months and you will achieve a Level 2 or 3 Business Administration qualification, Functional Skills in Maths, English and ICT (if required) and Level 1 Employee Rights and Responsibilities. You will be based in the employer's office so you gain 12 months’ work experience, and the opportunity to Interview for a permanent role within the company at the end of a successful APPRENTICESHIP.

This is an APPRENTICESHIP; and Government Funding is only available for applicants 16-24 years old.
