We're on a mission to find an experienced Assessor to deliver apprenticeships in Customer Service to a cohort of up to 40 learners around areas of Peterborough, Northampton, Swindon and Greater London. Working from home, you will be required to travel to the learner's places of work; so you'll be comfortable working on your own initiative, including managing your own diary. You'll know your stuff when it comes to delivering a high quality service to candidates and their employers, and you have a genuine passion and enthusiasm for people development alongside occupational experience and relevant qualifications. WBL Tutor Assessor (Customer Service): The essentials.

• Assessment/Assessing/Assessor Qualifications (A1,TAQA, CAVA)
• Literacy and Numeracy Qualifications (at Level 2 or Above)
• Full UK driving licence and use of own car


WBL Tutor Assessor (Customer Service): Your experience.

• Occupational history and competence within the industry
• Minimum 12 months assessing experience
• Experience in a similar role

• Teaching Qualification (PTLLS, CTLLS, DTLLS, PGCE, CertEd, 7407)
• Verifier Qualification (IQA, V1, CAVA, EQA)

WBL Tutor Assessor (Customer Service): The role.

• You will be responsible for delivering Customer Service at Levels 2 and 3 to a cohort of up to 40 learners.
• The position also involves the delivery of Functional Skills up to Level 2.
• This role is home-based, therefore you will be required to travel to the learner's places of work, whilst also having responsibility for arranging your own diary.
• Travel will be between, and include, the areas of Peterborough, Northampton, Swindon and Greater London.
• £25,000 per annum
